Overall it was great! She really liked the gift. However, I talked over the phone about a large sunflower in the center, and didn’t get it :(. I bought the double dozen roses and the online app didn’t let me purchase a single large sunflower. I sent an email in regards to the matter and never received anything back. Also, I think a general timeframe would be something to add to the emails that get sent about delivery. Moreover, my wife said that it had smelled like cigarette smoke when she received it. Again, overall had everything except for the sunflower(which wasn’t paid for anyways). The ballon, the roses, and the note all came in great shape. Thank you!
